[Remote] Associate Sales Operations Manager

They are seeking an Associate Sales Operations Manager to support the Account Management organization through business reporting, operational execution, and performance visibility across the field.ResponsibilitiesDrive reporting and visibility for key quarterly initiatives across the AM organizationTrack and assess performance against quarterly targets and business goalsBuild and maintain recurring dashboards, scorecards, and operational reportingProvide visibility to field leadership on AM performance metrics including:Pipeline creation and progressionCustomer meetings and engagement activityDeals closed and revenue attainmentForecast and target performanceIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing data analysisPartner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Strategy & Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to support business executionSupport operational cadence reviews including weekly business reviews and quarterly planning processesHelp improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data consistency across systems and toolsPackage and present insights and recommendations to leadership stakeholdersSkills5+ years of experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel experienceExperience working with CRM and reporting tools such as Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsDemonstrated experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related functionsAbility to synthesize large datasets into clear business insights and actionable recommendationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business or Finance or STEM degreeExperience supporting sales or account management teams in a SaaS or B2B environmentSQL experienceBenefitsHealth Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverageRetirement Plans: Participation in a company-sponsored retirement savings plan.Legal Service Plans: Offering access to attorneys for legal advice and representation.Employee referral bonusCompany OverviewVARITE has a definite spirit.
