[Remote] Associate Recruiter

The role involves sourcing, leading, and driving the entire recruitment process for various roles within the AMER Field Operations Team, while also building relationships with hiring teams and enhancing the candidate experience.ResponsibilitiesEngage talent — Identify the right people, get them engaged, and lead the full hiring processBuild tight relationships with your hiring teams and serve as an advisor and partner to build balanced pipelines of stellar candidates and fill current openings. Roles you will have the opportunity to work on will vary throughout the Field Operations organization, including Account Executives, Solution Architects and more within both the Commercial and Public Sector spaceCraft and improve a consistent and outstanding candidate experienceRun and champion our hiring process to provide a consistent experience with the Elastic recruiting teamParticipate with the global recruiting team to develop, implement, and execute recruiting strategiesBe a passionate Elastic brand ambassador before, during, and after recruitment. You will help us build our talent brand in addition to our talent pipelineSkills2+ years of recruiting experience across positions and teamsA passion for understanding at least the basics of what hiring teams are working onDemonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company.
