[Remote] Associate Project Manager, Permitting

The Associate Project Manager will support lead project managers in delivering effective permitting outcomes, assist in permit research, and collaborate with city staff to ensure timely responses and refine operational procedures.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Support our lead project managers in delivering great permitting outcomes for customers
ā¢ Help conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracy
ā¢ Assist in preparing permit plans
ā¢ Collaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguities
ā¢ Monitor permit status and ensure timely responses
ā¢ Provide feedback to product & engineering teams to help refine our software platform
ā¢ Work with permitting leadership to refine our standard operating procedures
Skills
ā¢ 3+ years in either construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management
ā¢ Experience applying for and obtaining construction permits
ā¢ Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
ā¢ Comfortable interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processes
ā¢ Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail
ā¢ Proactive problem solver
