[Remote] Associate Project Manager (National Travel)

They are seeking an Associate Project Manager to assist in the overall administrative and technical direction for large complex projects or smaller projects under supervision. The role includes coordinating communication among project stakeholders, assisting in the construction and design effort, and ensuring compliance with safety programs.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and scheduleAct as a liaison to coordinate communication between both internal and external members on the project. Including, but not limited to, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, and ForemenAssist the Project Manager in the authorization and/or approval of all project staffing including, but not limited to, choice of superintendent, general foremen, and foremenPerform specialized estimating and assists in estimating projectsAssist the Project Manager with purchase requisitions, payment approvals, and change order requestsAssists in the implementation/interpretation of safety programs and ensures that all OSHA requirements are metSkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldMinimum 0-1 year of construction and/or project experience OR knowledge of construction methodsProject Managed training, experience or skills with a general understanding of a project lifecycleStrong process orientation, analytical and mathematical skillsSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalOutstanding interpersonal and team leadership skillsMust possess strong attention to detail and ensure maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the projectMust be willing to travel to and potentially temporarily relocate to project locationsExperience with Accubid a plusExperience with Bluebeam Revu a plusBenefitsCompetitive health insurance options (medical, dental, and vision)A robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysAccess to wellness programsProfessional development opportunitiesTuition reimbursementEmployee assistance programs to support your growth and well-beingCompany OverviewArchKey Solutions is an electrical and technology construction firm.
