Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Legally authorized to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with SmartSheet and Jira
Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation
Proven project management skills
Financial acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience assisting in the planning and execution of corporate initiatives or programs
Professional certifications are a plus, but not required
Some familiarity with project planning and execution
Ability to learn project management execution in a fast-paced environment


The Associate Project Manager (APM) plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of projects and/or financial/budgeting activities for their teams. This position involves assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, as well as providing financial support and analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and execute project plans, develop and communicate status reports, manage issues and risks, and collaborate with management teams to manage project scope (55% of the role)
Assist in the creation, monitoring, and maintenance of project plans based on key milestones for a project or group of projects
Partner with the project management team/manager to identify stakeholders and team members, and support the creation, monitoring, tracking, and changes of project plans for an initiative or group of projects
