[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The role involves executing tasks related to the distribution process of settlement funds, ensuring documentation and payment details are accurate, and collaborating with various internal teams to maintain compliance and timely fund distribution.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with case managers to clarify requirements, obtain outstanding documentation, and ensure all data and materials are complete and accurateMaintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and ensure complete compliance with settlement trust documentation and eligibility requirementsCoordinate with the Disbursements team to confirm all files are complete before payment initiationTrack payment statuses, verify banking or check information, and assist in resolving discrepanciesPartner with the Project Manager to maintain alignmentCollaborate with Claims Operations, Data Services, and Finance to ensure deliverables are met at high quality and all teams remain informed of upcoming distributions and outstanding itemsPrepare internal reports on readiness, documentation completeness to identify trends and recurring issuesMaintain accurate logs and audit ready records, supporting overall complianceProvide a high quality experience through professionalism, consistency, and strong attention to detailSkills1–3 years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in mass tort, claimant-based work, or settlement distribution processesStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy under fast paced conditionsCritical thinking and issue spotting abilitiesExperience working directly with law firms or claimants is strongly preferredBachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent relevant experienceProficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, OutlookParalegal certificate preferredBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife401KPTOSick daysCompany OverviewParadigm Information Services is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in software development services.
