The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting project management activities within the Pigment Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining scope, timeline, and budget.ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of complex and strategic Pigment EPM implementations, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction across one or more engagementsContinue to execute and uphold the standard delivery methodology across active engagements, including project planning, status reporting, risk and issue management, key decision tracking, delivery ceremonies, and overall project governanceServe as the primary delivery leader and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, building strong relationships and maintaining alignment throughout the project lifecycleLead executive status meetings, steering committees, and strategic customer discussions while driving accountability across both customer and internal teamsAct as a senior point of escalation for delivery, customer, and operational issues, proactively resolving challenges to maintain project health and customer confidencePartner closely with Solution Architects, Model Builders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, and successful implementation executionDrive project staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning activities to ensure successful delivery and effective utilization of resourcesSupport delivery forecasting and project financial performance, including awareness of burn, margin, and overall engagement healthContribute to project estimation, statement of work development, scoping activities, and pre-sales workshops to ensure successful project planning and delivery readinessDevelop deep knowledge of Pigment implementation methodologies, deployment strategies, integrations, and platform capabilities to effectively lead complex implementationsMentor and coach consultants and Solution Implementation Managers, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support to strengthen overall delivery capabilities and reinforce delivery standardsPromote operational rigor and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes, governance, and project execution practicesDevelop a strong understanding of customer priorities and business objectives to proactively identify opportunities for additional phases, support services, and expanded solution capabilitiesPartner with account teams and sales leadership to support customer retention, drive revenue expansion, and maintain long-term strategic relationshipsSupport pipeline readiness and portfolio planning activities by providing input into staffing, delivery capacity, and future resource requirementsChampion customer success and serve as an advocate for both the customer and the delivery organization to ensure positive business outcomes and long-term partnership growthSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field3+ years of consulting, project management, or implementation experienceDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional implementations and managing executive stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple projects and strategic customer relationships simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and relationship management skillsProven ability to drive customer satisfaction, revenue retention, and account growthExperience managing project risks, dependencies, and escalationsExperience supporting project estimation, scoping, and staffing activitiesStrong understanding of delivery methodologies, Agile principles, and project governanceFamiliarity with portfolio forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization managementStrong understanding of Pigment implementation methodologies and Connected Planning conceptsKnowledge of FP&A, WFP, S&OP, or related planning processes is preferredAgile, Scrum, or PMP certification is preferredCompany OverviewArgano is a next-generation business and technology services provider that builds digital foundations that help businesses run better.
