[Remote] Associate Project Manager

In this role, you will manage project planning, customer and contractor relationships, and financial oversight while driving the execution of assigned workflows.ResponsibilitiesConduct analysis of planned vs. actual project performancePrepare materials and assist in project reviewsMaintain and adhere to billing plan milestonesControl documentation accuracy and consistency per agreed proceduresDevelop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and contractorsManage the complete lifecycle of customer deliverables, including scheduling contractors and ensuring work completionMaintain customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunitiesTrack financials, issue POs, process change orders, and manage invoicingReview and process quotes for cost-effective solutionsBuild and improve assigned account scorecardsResearch and order materials, coordinate with contractors, customers, and suppliers, and handle returnsUtilize the company’s service platform to monitor and track progressEnsure schedule flexibility (including weekends/nights) with limited travel to customer sitesSkillsHigh school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 3 years experience in customer service, account management and/or project support, with demonstrated success in building relationshipsConstruction project management experience preferred, with ability to manage complex deliverables and timelinesExcellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and motivation to achieve high customer satisfactionStrong analytical and problem-solving ability to define issues, collect data, draw conclusions, and implement solutionsFamiliarity with electrical and mechanical services or willingness to learn technical aspects quicklyAdaptability in fast-paced, changing environments, with skill in handling ambiguity and conflict resolutionProven coordination and communication skills to align internal teams and customers, meeting unique requirementsCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the USBachelor's degree preferredConstruction project management experience preferred, with ability to manage complex deliverables and timelinesBenefitsChoice between two medical plan options: A PPO plan called the Copay Plan OR a High Deductible Health Plan (with a Health Savings Account) called the High Deductible Plan.Choice between two dental plan options: Core and Core PlusVision benefitCompany paid life insurance (2X base pay)Company paid AD&D (1X base pay)Voluntary life and AD&D – 100% employee paid up to maximumsShort Term Disability – up to 26 weeks – Company paidLong Term Disability – 60% of pay – Company paid.
