[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will support senior Project Managers in coordinating and advancing projects from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Facilitate project progress through routing work for review and managing submissions for client and medical/legal approval
ā¢ Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, and processes across projects
ā¢ Collaborate with creative, technology, strategy, account, and behavioral services teams throughout project lifecycles
ā¢ Gain proficiency in multiple submission platforms and prepare assets for submission
ā¢ Maintain electronic job folders and route projects for review and sign-off using agency platforms
ā¢ Manage project records including opening, closing, updating tasks, and uploading files
ā¢ Generate weekly project financial reports
ā¢ Schedule and prepare materials for team meetings
ā¢ Assist Senior Project Managers and the project management team
Skills
ā¢ Detail and process-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Effective organizational, prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities
ā¢ Comfortable using technology and ability to follow instructions promptly
ā¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
ā¢ Positive collaboration skills and a commitment to the organization's mission
