[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager role assists in managing job estimating, project budgets, and contracts while coordinating communication among project stakeholders and ensuring adherence to safety and project standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee total construction and design effort (if applicable) to ensure project is constructed in accordance with project scope, budget and timelineAct as a liaison to coordinate communication between both internal and external members on the project including, but not limited to: Clients, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Superintendents, General Foremen, and union officialsAuthorize and/or approve all project staff transactions including choice of superintendent, general foremen, foremen, staff volume and wagesProvide direction to planning, scheduling and any applicable engineering functionsParticipate in estimating projects and writing bid proposalsReview and approve purchase requisitions, payment approvals; send invoices and change order requestsAssists in the implementation/interpretation of corporate safety programs and ensures OSHA guidelines are followedEnsure that all company, client, and project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to and interpret the policiesEnsure the maintenance of all official project documentation and logsMaintain a thorough understanding of labor agreements and standards specific to projectsSkillsBS in Construction Management or equivalent in job experience, Service experience a plusSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalOutstanding interpersonal and team leadership skillsStrong attention to detail and ensures maximum quality of work throughout the lifecycle of the projectKnowledge of general sitework and utility installation standard practices particularly as they apply to excavation and concrete construction0-3 years construction project management experienceBenefitsCompetitive health insurance options (medical, dental, and vision)A robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matchPaid time off and holidaysAccess to wellness programsProfessional development opportunitiesTuition reimbursementEmployee assistance programsCompany OverviewArchKey Solutions is an electrical and technology construction firm.
