[Remote] Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager will oversee all aspects of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while coordinating with various departments to improve operational workflows.ResponsibilitiesAssist in clearly defining the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational and technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressDetermine available resources and delegate project tasks based on individual strengths and capabilitiesSet realistic time estimates in defining activities, sequencing activities and estimating the duration of the activities to develop schedules and maintain schedulesDetermine cost estimate and develop the project budgetSubmit budget for final review and approval from senior leadershipEnsure adherence to approved budget throughout the projectMonitor and manage project performance inclusive of cost and team performanceManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationResponsible to identify and evaluate potential risks including the development of contingency plansManage risks and take corrective measures as applicableResponsible to ensure customer satisfaction that the work scope is completed in a quality manner, within budget and on timeKeep the business owner/stakeholder up to date to minimize uncertainty and avoid any unwanted surprises through effective communicationMeet with business owners to review current project status reportsPerform other related duties as assignedExamples: Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsSkills1+ years of Project ManagementAssociates degree or equivalent experience1-2 years of Revenue Cycle or healthcare, strongly preferredMust be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiencesBenefitsBonus IncentivesPaid CertificationsTuition ReimbursementComprehensive BenefitsCareer AdvancementCompany OverviewEnsemble Health Partners is the leading revenue cycle management company for hospitals, health systems and physician practices.
