The Associate Project Manager participates in client implementations and supports projects through the software development lifecycle while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead projects of low to moderate complexity with support from senior team membersAct as primary point of contact for clients, keeping them apprised of all project developments while maintaining stellar client satisfactionBuild effective partnerships with other internal teams to move project through all phases of the development processDevelop and maintain project schedule, identify and track milestones and identify and manage cross-functional dependencies and risksAct as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocolManage ongoing reporting of project health and profitability to internal and external stakeholdersConduct end- user trainingManage issue resolution for studies in maintenance, including troubleshootingSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience1-2 years' experience in client-facing, project support role(s), including job responsibilities similar to those described above1-2 years' experience in life sciences industryStrong attention to detail and quality-focusStrong customer service orientationExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionalsAble to work on multiple assignments with supervisionFamiliarity using SQL a plusCompany OverviewEndpoint Clinical designs, engineers, and tests interactive response technology platforms that enables data access through phones.
