[Remote] Associate Product Manager

The Associate Product Manager will drive strategic direction and execution of product initiatives within SaaS solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products that address complex business challenges.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and clearly communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with ImageTrend’s mission and evolving market opportunitiesDevelop, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that balances client-driven initiatives with long-term strategic objectivesOwn and continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and roadmap commitmentsActively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide clarity, remove blockers, and support consistent deliveryEngage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify new opportunitiesDefine meaningful success metrics, track adoption and performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedbackCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales to support effective go-to-market strategies and clear product positioningAdvocate for scalable, product-first solutions over one-off customizations to encourage innovation and long-term valueDevelop deep expertise in the supported product(s), serving as a trusted subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholdersMonitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends to inform strategic recommendations and future product enhancementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or comparable area of study preferredProven experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles within a SaaS environment; healthcare or public safety exposure is a plus but not requiredExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and iterative deliveryStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, requirements, and updates to diverse audiencesProven relationship management skills with ability to form authentic connections with internal and external resourcesExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to support complex initiatives by gathering requirements, tracking progress, and assisting in coordination across teamsAbility to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential informationEnthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skillsStrong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientationAbility to travel up to 25% as neededKnowledgeable on use of technology in the EMS, Fire, and/or Hospital marketsBenefitsBonusBenefitsPerksCommunity gainsCompany OverviewImageTrend is a industry-specific software for emergency medical services.
