[Remote] Associate Product Manager

They are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious individual for the role of Associate Product Manager in their Pricing Department, where the candidate will help shape and enhance the core insurance product by collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting market analyses. Responsibilities Help shape and enhance our core insurance product by contributing to product strategy Conduct market and competitive analyses Leverage business analytics and cost-benefit analyses to drive decisions Actively manage backlogs and roadmaps, collaborating with project management, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements Help define and launch new features, track their impact using relevant performance metrics, and seek opportunities for continuous enhancement Champion the voice of the customer and share insights to contribute to a culture of curiosity, learning, and innovation Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to independently research unfamiliar concepts or tools Experience or comfort using modern productivity and AI tools with sound critical judgment Ability to thoughtfully interpret, question, and apply insights from Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBAs) and business cases Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams Analytical mindset and openness to learning in a fast-paced, strategic environment Self-starter attitude with a bias for action and achieving results Benefits 22 days of paid time off each year plus an additional day each year after that. 401(k) match.
