[Remote] Associate Product Analyst - Health IT

They are looking for a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support their ePrescribing team by managing product requirements, coordinating sprints, and ensuring smooth product delivery.ResponsibilitiesWrite detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements based on product manager guidanceMaintain and organize the product backlog, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and prioritizedCreate and update product documentation including feature specifications, user guides, and process documentationCollaborate with UX team to ensure requirements align with design specificationsFacilitate backlog grooming sessions with engineering teams to refine user stories and estimate effortBreak down large features into manageable development tasks and ensure proper story sizingCoordinate sprint planning activities and ensure development teams have clear, actionable requirementsTrack and report on sprint progress, identifying blockers and ensuring timely resolutionTriage incoming bug reports and feature requests, categorizing by severity and impactWork with QA team to reproduce issues and document detailed bug reportsPrioritize bug fixes based on customer impact and business prioritiesMaintain issue tracking systems and ensure proper workflow managementCoordinate release planning activities across development, QA, and operations teamsManage release documentation including release notes, deployment guides, and rollback proceduresTrack feature delivery against release timelines and communicate status to stakeholdersSupport post-release activities including monitoring and issue resolutionServe as liaison between product team and customer support, providing technical guidance on product featuresAnalyze support tickets to identify product improvement opportunities and recurring issuesCreate and maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guidesEscalate critical customer issues to appropriate development teamsGenerate regular reports on product metrics, release progress, and team performanceAnalyze user feedback and support data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesCreate dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholdersSupport A/B testing and feature validation activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar roleExperience with ePrescribing systems, electronic health records, healthcare technology, or pharmacy systemsFamiliarity with NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, and claims adjudication processes highly desiredPrevious experience with agile development methodologies and toolsProficiency with project management tools (Jira etc...)Experience with documentation tools (Confluence etc...)Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reportingUnderstanding of software development lifecycle and testing processesFamiliarity with AWS ecosystem and cloud-based development workflows preferredKnowledge of healthcare ePrescribing and interoperability standards (NCPDP SCRIPT, HL7, FHIR)
