[Remote] Associate Principal, Customer Success

The Associate Principal Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing complex health plan accounts, building trusted client relationships, and ensuring successful outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesOwning and managing assigned health plan accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer success and relationship managementBuilding strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including navigating difficult conversations and escalations with professionalism and tactCoordinating crossâfunctionally with Engineering, Product, Technical Account Management, and other internal teams to shepherd issues through resolutionTracking and managing complex client issues, ensuring accountability, progress, and timely outcomes even when direct ownership sits with another teamDriving customer satisfaction, retention, and longâterm success by proactively identifying risks and opportunities within assigned accountsIdentifying opportunities to expand value and protect recurring revenue, partnering with internal teams as needed (nonâquota carrying)Representing the customer internally and ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational prioritiesSkillsExperience managing enterprise or complex customer accounts in healthcare, healthcare technology, or a related environmentStrong relationshipâbuilding skills with the ability to engage confidently with experienced and executiveâlevel stakeholdersProven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes through influence rather than authorityComfort handling escalations and facilitating resolution across multiple internal teamsExcellent communication, judgment, and organizational skillsHealthcare industry experience preferred; strong soft skills and leadership presence are criticalStrong payer expertise within healthcare technologyAwarded Top Account Manager and/or Presidents Club WinnerBenefitsAvaility is a certified âGreat Place to Workâ!
