with the Regional Director(s), National Physician Director(s), or Physician Lead(s) on proformas, contract negotiations, and amendmentsCoordinate new startup operations within the regionMonitor and manage site financial performance metrics to ensure profitabilityAssess the financial and operational impact of staffing changes, including locums and ambassadorsSupport financial forecasting and drive optimal financial performanceCoach Site Management Teams (SMT) to ensure compliance with metrics and incentive targets to support regional successOversee invoicing for contract stipends and compensation, collaborating with Accounts Receivable, Business Analyst, and the Operations Manager on tracking, forecasting, and collectionsFacilitate cross-departmental integration and communication, ensuring alignment across startup processes, quality, and financePartner with the Regional Director(s), National Physician Director(s), or Physician Lead(s) and SMT to implement scalable processes to improve financial performance, quality, and data managementPartner with the Regional Director(s), National Physician Director(s), or Physician Lead(s) to review site performance, address issues, and optimize practices for profitabilityIdentify, escalate, and address operational or financial issues as neededMonitor and Improve Performance: Oversee operational efficiency, financial metrics, and contract compliance across the regionSupport Site Leadership: Collaborate with the Regional Director(s), National Physician Director(s), or Physician Lead(s) and site leadership to optimize site operations and ensure high-quality patient careEnhance Operational Integration: Identify and implement opportunities for better alignment across practice linesOnboarding & Development: Support onboarding programs for new Medical Directors (MDs) to ensure a smooth transitionLiaison & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key connection between Vituity sites, hospital leaders, and physician site leaders to drive strategic initiativesCross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Vituity Operations teams to align resources and achieve performance goalsCoordinate Regional Startups: Assist the Regional Director(s), National Physician Director(s), or Physician Lead(s) in startup processes and site launchesProcess & Solution Development: Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance site quality, financial performance, and data managementStrategic Insight & Research: Conduct regional and site-level assessments to identify and address operational needsBusiness & Technical Translation: business needs and collaborate with technical teams to translate them into actionable solutionsSubject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance on quality, finance, and data-driven decision-makingC-Suite Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong executive relationships within the regionMeeting Participation: Contribute to regional discussions and strategy meetingsCentral Services Coordination: Work with central services departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencyPerformance & Contract Retention: Ensure site performance, contract stability, and CEO satisfactionYear 1 Deliverables: Oversee implementation and execution of Year 1 objectives to ensure timely completionProject Management & Best Practices: Lead complex regional initiatives and implement best practices across sitesProcess Optimization: Identify common needs across sites and streamline processes for efficiency and scalabilityStrategic Advising: Support the Regional initiatives that drive operational successRisk & Resource Management: Utilize formal tools and processes to manage budgets, resources, risks, and change initiativesReporting & Insights: Develop and present reports, dashboards, and project updates to leadership and stakeholdersCross-Functional Coordination: Collaborative with CIT to organize and facilitate pre- and post-go-live meetings for seamless transitionsFinancial & Quality Incentives: Assist in designing and executing incentive structures to drive financial and quality outcomesLeadership Transition Support: Facilitate physician leadership and senior management team (SMT) transitions as neededHealth System Alignment: Develop scalable processes in partnership with health systems stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goalsOnboarding & Best Practices: Support resource allocation and the onboarding of Practice Administrators, ensuring adherence to best practicesSkillsBachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field requiredAt least five (5) years of relevant experience requiredAt least three (3) years of experience in project and/or operations management requiredStrong background in healthcare operations, contract management, and financial performance oversight requiredProven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional site leaders within complex healthcare systems requiredStrong analytical abilities with proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence tools requiredExperience driving financial performance and achieving targets requiredEffective written, verbal, and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders, including hospital executives and external partners requiredAbility to manage multiple projects efficiently while supporting high-impact initiatives requiredMaster's degree in business or healthcare sciences preferredStrong ability to interpret complex financial data and extract business insights preferredExperience driving best practices, managing change, and leading teams effectively preferredCreativity in developing solutions, with strong critical thinking and analytical skills preferredHigh self-awareness and ability to build and manage relationships effectively preferredProven ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision in a remote environment
