[Remote] Associate Onboarding Manager

The Associate Onboarding Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through the onboarding process and will manage multiple clients to deliver a great experience for new users.ResponsibilitiesTaking ownership of and efficiently managing the onboarding process for multiple clients concurrentlyIdentifying project scope and organizing requirements based on clients’ individual needs; ability to proactively communicate with members of the sales organization pre-project kick-off for account detailsEstablishing strong relationships and rapport with key stakeholders of each account to ensure a high level of satisfactionBecoming a Comply product expertMonitoring, tracking, and reporting on where clients are in the Onboarding process to both internal and external teamsDriving escalation and mitigating client issues if they arise during onboardingTraining new clients / users on the features of the platform based on their specific needsSuccessfully transitioning clients to the Customer Success team post-onboardingUsing GuideCX (our Onboarding platform) to manage customer onboarding progress and tasksAssist in supporting special projects or other operational functions within the broader onboarding teamSkills1-2 years of Customer Onboarding and/or Implementation experience or Customer Support at a B2B SaaS companyDemonstrated experience as a trusted advisor to clients / customersExcellent communication skills across multiple mediums (video conference, phone, email)Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improveBasic understanding on configuration of data templates based on upload specsExceptional time management and organization skillsThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Salesforce, GuideCX and JIRA is a plusCompany OverviewCOMPLY provides and offers resources and consultation services on technical and professional skills for the compliance industry.
