[Remote] Associate Marketing Manager

Mayne Pharma is a company focused on women's health and dermatology, seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support the planning and project management of marketing tactics. The role involves brand maintenance, campaign execution, and digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands.ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and launching multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, email, paid search, web, and field support materials)Coordinate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, legal, sales, and external agenciesManage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverablesWork closely with IT and assigned agency to ensure all technical aspects (redirects, QR codes, outbound and inbound links, data capture) is implemented correctly and compliantlySupport website content updates and campaign landing page development with internal or agency web teamsMonitor and report performance metrics and recommend optimization actionsEnsure all marketing materials meet pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance standardsAssist with conference, event, and promotional material planning as neededAssist in partnership with 3rd party agency SEM activities such as keyword selection, bid optimization recommendations, beta testing, flight recommendationsCollaborate with web teams on:Landing page creation and updatesBasic site structure and navigation considerationsTagging and tracking implementationApply basic SEO best practices to marketing content (metadata, keyword usage, on-page structure)Help review website performance metrics using analytics toolsProject manage and the creation and execution of CRM emails in partnership with 3rd party agencyUnderstand of basic HTML email functionality, performance metricsAbility to make recommendations and troubleshoot technical issues with emailsFamiliarity with list rental, unsubscribe, and can-spam complianceSupport A/B testing and conversion optimization initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in agency and or healthcare industriesBasic knowledge of Google SEM and paid search campaign structureBasic understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimizationBasic knowledge of website infrastructure concepts (landing pages, tracking tags, page structure)Experience working in regulated marketing environments preferredStrong project coordination and organizational skillsAbility to travel up to 25%Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience supporting pharmaceutical or healthcare product launchesFamiliarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or similar tools)Experience working with marketing agencies or digital vendorsExposure to CRM and marketing automation platformsUnderstanding of compliance and review processes in regulated industriesCompany OverviewMayne Pharma Group, a specialist pharmaceutical company, optimizes and delivers oral drugs.
