[Remote] Associate Manager-Marketing Operations & Enablement

The Associate Manager-Marketing Operations & Enablement is responsible for ensuring effective marketing execution by aligning operations, agency partnerships, and performance reporting with business needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal teams to deploy, optimize, and govern the marketing operations technology stack, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email, paid media, analytics, and related platforms. Ensure systems, integrations, and user enablement support business requirements, reporting needs, and scalable executionManage operational agency relationships, including scopes of work, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance; identify optimization opportunities to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiencyOwn performance and spend reporting for marketing operations, including dashboards, KPIs, and attribution with market-level detail.
