Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Manager, Commercial Activation Openings & Conversions, Marketing to join their Commercial Activation team. This role involves collaborating with various teams to support hotel openings and conversions, executing marketing strategies across the digital ecosystem, and ensuring successful market entry for new properties.ResponsibilitiesSupport a rolling portfolio of hotel openings and conversions at any given timeAssist the Manager in maintaining project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports to ensure timely execution across functionsSupport marketing budget tracking, invoice coordination, and forecast updates within approved budgetCoordinate with agency partners and internal teams to support digital media plan development, campaign trafficking, creative delivery, and reporting needsSupport recommended strategies and tactics that align with hotel segmentation and brand positioning within the marketAssist in activating paid, owned, and earned media tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings pre- and post-openingSupport creative development, content production, asset collection, photography uploads, coordination, routing, and readiness for opening and conversion campaignsConduct audits of digital assets, online listings, 3rd part platforms (OTAs) campaign materials, Hyatt.com content, creative deliverables, and internal process documentation to ensure accuracy and consistencyHelp maintain internal processes, tools, templates, and documentation that support global openings and conversion workflowsSupport campaign reporting, data collection, analysis, and optimization recommendations based on performance and business objectivesProvide accurate and timely updates to hotel teams, commercial leads, agency partners, and internal stakeholdersTranslate campaign performance and audit findings into actionable insights that support campaign optimization and process improvementIdentify key learnings from openings and conversions to inform future go-to-market planning and internal best practicesAbility to travel up to 10%Skills2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, travel, digital media, creative production, or consumer brandExperience supporting marketing campaigns, creative development, content coordination, asset management, audits, reporting, and internal processesExperience working with cross-functional teams, agency partners, or digital marketing teams to execute campaigns across multiple properties, markets, or regionsStrong understanding of digital marketing, brand standards, creative development, market segmentation, and campaign executionDetail-oriented with experience reviewing creative assets, digital content, campaign materials, and process documentation for accuracy and consistencyExcellent project management, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skillsProven ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized, global environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field requiredHotel/hospitality industry experienceExperience supporting digital media, paid search, metasearch, display, social, affiliate marketing, OTA advertising, or third-party ad managementExperience with creative briefing, asset trafficking, content audits, website audits, campaign QA, or brand compliance reviewsExperience maintaining internal processes, project management tools, workflow documentation, templates, or reporting dashboardsExperience supporting global or multi-market marketing programs, including campaign coordination, budget tracking, reporting, and performance analysisOutstanding project management, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentHighly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressureBenefitsAnnual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt hotels globallyFlexible work scheduleWork-life benefits including wellbeing initiatives such as a complimentary Headspace subscription, and a discount at the on-site fitness centerA global family assistance policy with paid time off following the birth or adoption of a child as well as financial assistance for adoptionPaid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company matchAnnual Incentive PlanCompany OverviewHyatt is a global hospitality company with widely recognized, industry leading brands and a tradition of innovation.
