[Remote] Associate Implementation Consultant

The role involves overseeing the software implementation process, including data analysis, EDI configuration, testing, and training, while ensuring quality assurance and providing support to clients.ResponsibilitiesAudit and upload data for moderately (or greater) complex new client website implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing clientsCreate and configure new and existing EDI files for moderately (or greater) complex client websites (using third party software). Solve and Troubleshoot IssuesProficient at root cause analysis and serves as subject matter resource in customer meetings, as needed. Quality AssurancePrimarily responsible with final testing and auditing of own and less senior teammates’ work to ensure proper functioning, with oversightAccountable for individual quality assurance on low to moderate complexity builds.
