We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Associate to become an integral part of our Data Enrichment Team. This remote position will be crucial in supporting key data enrichment initiatives for one of our esteemed healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities
• Execute data enrichment tasks as instructed by the client, ensuring precision in all entries.
• Manage credentialing-related responsibilities, including the entry of application data, verification of vendor resources, and maintenance of updated board certifications.
• Liaise with state boards and credentialing entities to monitor the status of updates and verifications.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate credentialing information that meets industry standards and best practices.
• Validate third-party data utilizing online databases and diligently cross-check all information for correctness.
• Fulfill additional duties as required to support team objectives and align with the company’s goals.

Required Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a solid command of the English language.
• Ability to effectively manage time in a remote work environment.
• Basic familiarity with credentialing processes is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred, though not essential.
• Commitment to a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
• A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required.
