[Remote] Associate Finance Analyst

They are seeking an Associate Finance Analyst to manage financial responsibilities for client portfolios, including reporting, reconciliations, and budget monitoring.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Client Finance team to monitor the financial health of assigned client accountsRun reports for month-end close, primarily related to revenue recognitionReview staff plans and program estimates to ensure accuracy and compliance with Momentum and client policiesTrack outstanding and approved program estimatesRun budget and forecast reports to monitor project burn for both fee and pass through costsSupport client budget reporting requirements, audit requests, and data collectionReview expense write-offs and advise Client Finance Manager/Director of expendituresManage cash flow while reviewing vendor payment requestsCollect commentary on uncollected and past due invoicesFacilitate communication with domestic and international offices for intercompany transactions and aid in processing documentationReview employee reimbursable expenses that require finance approval (i.e. non-billable expenses, expenses missing receipts)Review and approve travel requests from Momentum employeesMaintain files, contracts and other relevant documentation for the Finance teamRun ad hoc financial queriesSupporting Momentum’s valuesAll other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance or AccountingPossess analytical rigor and be detail orientedFocused on strong/clear communication across all company departmentsExperience with SAP, not necessary but a plusBenefitsFlexible Time Off (our flexible benefits plan that allows you take the time you need)Hybrid Work model – ability to work from home or in officeHolidays and Winter Break (agency closes between Christmas and New Years holidays)Curated DE&I programs and initiativesMedical, Dental and Vision plansShort- and Long-term disability401(K) with company matchEAP – Employee Assistance PlanTuition ReimbursementWork from Home stipendReferral bonusesTraining and development opportunitiesFlexible Spending AccountHealth Saving AccountsCompany OverviewMomentum Worldwide is a marketing agency that offers design and technology services.
