[Remote] Associate – Enterprise Sales (FinTech / B2B)

They are seeking an Associate – Enterprise Sales to engage with CFO offices, ERP partners, and banks, supporting enterprise sales cycles and building relationships in the B2B FinTech space. Responsibilities • Identify and qualify enterprise prospects within FinTech, ERP, and B2B SaaS ecosystems • Support senior sales leaders in managing pipelines, demos, and proposals • Research target accounts and assist in preparing customized pitch decks • Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and FinTech conferences across the East Coast • Coordinate with marketing and partnerships for outreach and events • Maintain CRM hygiene and assist with reporting, follow-ups, and account insights • Build trusted relationships through consistent, value-driven communication Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering • 0–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development • Excellent communication, research, and presentation skills • Natural relationship-builder who enjoys meeting people and exploring opportunities • Interest in enterprise technology, B2B FinTech, or ERP ecosystems • Self-starter, comfortable with travel and working in fast-moving, outcome-driven environments • FinTech, ERP, or SaaS background preferred • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus • (Candidates already connected within East Coast business and technology circles will thrive in this role.)
