[Remote] Associate Director, Sales - Financial Services (PE Focus)

They are seeking a Salesperson with extensive experience in selling data-driven research products to the buy-side investment community, focusing on managing a pipeline of new business and contributing to product development.ResponsibilitiesSystematically call / email prospects to market NielsenIQ’s productsManage a pipeline of new business from initial conversation to close of saleGather market intelligence and contribute to new product development to meet changing client needsProvide internal reports to management as requiredParticipate in ongoing training / developmental programsSkillsA minimum of 7+ years of experience selling data-driven research / products / services to the buy-side investment communityBachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Economics or MarketingUnderstanding of financial markets and technology; knowledge of investment research products and current software technologies are a plusOutstanding verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Manage the sales process through targeted phone calls, one-on-one meetings, and group presentationsMust be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and WordA high level of motivation, the drive to take initiative and work both independently and as a team member; a self-starter.
