[Remote] Associate Director, Product Management – Neuro

They are seeking an Associate Director of Product Management – Neuro to lead the strategic direction and roadmap execution of their Neuro Suite, focusing on stroke and acute neurovascular conditions. The role requires collaboration across various teams to design solutions embedded in clinical workflows.ResponsibilitiesOwn the roadmap for Viz.ai’s Neuro Suite, from ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke to aneurysm, SDH, ICH, and future neurodegenerative care pathways including new advanced EHR integrated features like chart summarization, noting and ambient listeningTranslate clinical needs into elegant, scalable software solutions for care coordinationPartner with inbound product, engineering, UX, and clinical teams to prioritize features that improve detection, triage, and downstream treatment planningGround decisions in data, clinical evidence, regulatory awareness, and user empathyBring hands-on knowledge of hospital operations, stroke program coordination, or neurosurgery/perioperative workflows to every decisionLead discovery with clinical stakeholders, understanding unmet needs from the bedside to the boardroomMaintain strong relationships with clinicians, neuro KOLs, and advisory boards to ensure clinical relevance and validationCollaborate with product marketing to define positioning and messaging tailored to neuro audiencesContribute to GTM strategy for SaaS product launches, including market segmentation, pilot programs, and value narrativesEnable field teams through internal training and cross-functional alignmentSupport customer discovery, conference presence, and competitive insightsSkills7+ years in healthcare technology, with 3+ years of SaaS product management experience in digital health or care coordination platforms3+ years of direct experience launching digital or SaaS healthcare products into clinical markets5+ years Real-world clinical or hospital experience is required: stroke coordinator, neuroscience program manager, neuro OR, or quality/process improvement in neuro settingsProven record of translating clinical workflows into successful software productsDeep understanding of multi-specialty care coordination in neurology or related domainsStrong product execution skills and stakeholder collaboration across engineering, UX, clinical, and commercial functionsFamiliarity with interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), FDA-regulated environments, and EMR integrationsBackground in bedside nursing, perioperative neurosurgery, or stroke program managementExperience leading launches of regulated AI/ML-powered healthcare softwareMaster's degree in healthcare leadership, nursing, public health, or related fieldsBenefitsOffers EquityOffers BonusMedicalDentalVision401(k)Generous vacationAdditional benefits to full-time employeesComprehensive benefits package, including, among others: dental insurance, performance-based bonuses, a Cibus meal allowance, meals at the office, and moreCompany OverviewViz.ai is the leader in building and deploying AI-powered Care Pathways and helping doctors do their work.
