The Associate Director, Content Experience & Design Standards is responsible for defining and governing global content experience standards, ensuring compliance and usability across various channels while enabling AI-driven content creation.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own global content experience standards across channels including:Sales and field-facing contentEmail and marketing automationWeb and portal experiencesNon-personal promotion and digital channelsEstablish clear principles for usability, accessibility, consistency, and modularity in a regulated environmentEnsure experience standards align with enterprise branding, compliance requirements, and omnichannel strategyDevelop and govern enterprise design systems, component libraries, and reusable templates to support:Faster content creationConsistent execution across brands and regionsImproved content reuse and modularityDefine channel-specific experience playbooks that outline:Content structureLayout standardsInteraction patternsDos and don’ts by channelPartner with content systems teams to embed standards into tools such as Veeva, DAM, CMS, and content authoring platformsDefine experience guardrails and structured templates to support AI-enabled content generationEnsure GenAI-generated content:Is channel-appropriateAdheres to brand and experience standardsSupports modular reuse and automationMinimizes downstream review and reworkPartner with GCMT, Legal, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure GenAI use cases align with enterprise governance and responsible AI principlesSupport pilot programs and scaling of AI-driven content creation workflowsServe as the UX subject matter expert for enterprise content initiativesProvide guidance and design direction to internal teams and agency partnersReview and assess experience quality across key initiatives, launches, and channelsIdentify experience gaps, inconsistencies, or friction points and drive standardization or remediationPartner closely with:Enterprise Content Systems (platform enablement)Tagging & Content Measurement (metadata and measurement alignment)Commercial, Medical, and Digital teams (execution needs)Ensure experience standards are embedded upstream in content planning and creation—not retrofitted downstreamSupport training, documentation, and enablement to drive adoption of standards across global teams and agenciesSkillsBachelor's degree required, preferably in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Digital Design, Marketing Technology, Information Systems, Life Sciences or related field8+ years of experience in content experience design, UX strategy, digital content operations, omnichannel enablement (preferably in biotech, pharma, or other regulated industries)Strong understanding of how content experience, structure, and templates impact review efficiency, compliance outcomes, content reuse, and AI enablementProven ability to standardize without stifling brand or regional flexibilityComfortable operating in ambiguity and helping organizations mature their operating modelsStrong communication and influence skills across matrixed, global teamsDetail-oriented with a systems-thinking mindsetStrong working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Veeva Vault PromoMats and related content platformsFamiliarity with modular content frameworks, omnichannel activation platforms, AI-enabled content creation toolsExperience with UX and design system tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, or similar)Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)Master's degree preferred (but not required) in UX / HCI, Digital Strategy, Design Systems, Business or equivalentBenefitsNon-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus planCommercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation planAll Company employees have the opportunity to own shares of BeOne Medicines Ltd. stock because all employees are eligible for discretionary equity awardsAll employees are eligible to voluntarily participate in the Employee Stock Purchase PlanThe Company has a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and WellnessCompany OverviewBeiGene is a global oncology company.
