As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of post-implementation accounts, ensuring customers achieve measurable results and driving renewals through relationship building and proactive account management.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of post-implementation accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing successRun regular cadence calls and quarterly business reviews to track progress, surface challenges, and align on goalsMonitor account health signals and proactively address risk before it becomes churnDrive platform adoption by connecting customers to features and best practices relevant to their goalsOwn renewal conversations for your book of business, partnering with Sales on expansion opportunitiesServe as the customer's internal advocate - coordinating with Support, Product, and Professional Services to resolve issues and deliver outcomesMaintain accurate account data and activity records in SalesforceSkills1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, SaaS support, or a client-facing role (internships and co-ops count)Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can explain a complex idea clearly and confidentlyOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without things falling through the cracksComfortable working with data and technology - you pick up new tools quicklyA genuine interest in helping customers succeed, not just checking boxesExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plusExperience with PRM platforms or channel/partner programs is a plusCompany OverviewImpartner is the world’s leading partner revenue orchestration platform, helping the most successful companies turn partner ecosystems into predictable engines of growth.
