[Remote] Associate Consultant, Strategic Transformation

The Associate Consultant, Strategic Transformation will work closely with Engagement Managers and Partners to plan and manage distinct segments of client engagements, focusing on analyzing client problems and providing actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesDefine analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client actionGather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analysesProvide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutionsCreate elegant, multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal supportDraw upon healthcare knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant implications for clientsEffectively engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationshipsProactively work to create an energizing team environmentContribute to knowledge sharing and team developmentSkills3+ years of healthcare consulting experience is requiredStrong project management skills with experience working on multiple work streamsDemonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skillsStrong critical thinking skills; ability to develop solutions that address client needsClear and concise verbal and written communication skills and the ability to advise our clients professionally and positivelyProficient in Microsoft office; experience with Tableau is a plusFlexibility to travel as requiredAdvanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA etc.)BenefitsAnnual discretionary bonusMedicalDentalVisionHSAFSADisability insuranceLife insurance401(k) matchPaid time offWellness stipendAdditional voluntary benefitsCompany OverviewThe challenges facing US healthcare are longstanding and all too familiar.
