[Remote] Associate Consultant - Stop Loss

They are seeking an Associate Consultant to manage client accounts, present deliverables, and act as a subject matter expert, while working closely with core teams and clients.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Responsible for approximately 40-60 total accounts (depending on other responsibilities and factors), with assistance from an Account Coordinator or Senior Account Coordinator
ā¢ Sends final client deliverable, as well as written recommendation, to dedicated team member for peer review
ā¢ Responsible for presenting client deliverable, as needed, to core team and/or client with leadership supervision
ā¢ Potential responsibility related to growth (build relationship and working parameters with growth team)
ā¢ Seen as Subject Matter Expert by core teams and/or clients
ā¢ Minimal escalations required to complete traditional renewals
ā¢ First line of defense for escalated issues related to marketing, claims and/or clinical with ability to discern further escalation to Manager
ā¢ Obtain/maintain license
