They are seeking an Associate Consultant / Consultant in Life Science to establish and maintain client relationships, manage recruitment processes, and provide strategic advice on recruitment strategies and market conditions. Responsibilities • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matter • Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery by managing and coordinating the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate placement • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior recruitment consultants (if any ), sharing best practices, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to offer strategic advice and maintain a competitive edge • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to clients on recruitment metrics, progress, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with client expectations • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services and alignment with client requirements • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise in recruitment strategies, market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment, or Life science industry • Experience working in international or multi-location recruitment is advantageous Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package Company Overview • IntelliPro Group Inc. is one of the fastest growing IT services and HR solutions companies in Americas & APAC.
