[Remote] Associate, B2C Marketing Operations & Strategy

The Associate, B2C Marketing Operations will support the GTM Operations team by executing marketing tasks, assisting with campaign setups, and managing data reporting under the guidance of senior team members.ResponsibilitiesAssist the B2C Marketing team by executing pre-defined campaign setup tasks in our email marketing platform and ad platformsFollow established playbooks and checklists to configure campaigns, build audience segments, and QA sends under close direction from senior team membersComplete recurring, process-driven tasks across marketing tools (e.g., list uploads, template creation, basic tagging, and campaign scheduling)Follow standard operating procedures set by the Sr Marketing Ops Manager; escalate technical issues or judgment calls upwardHelp monitor basic integrations and flag issues in our marketing tech stack for resolution by senior ops or engineeringAssist with routine maintenance tasks under guidanceManage the day to day working relationship with our vendors when issues may arise and help coordinate with internal teams on action plansPartner with the data team to pull standard performance reports for Marketing leadership on a scheduled basis as well as ad-hoc campaign reportingAssist with data hygiene tasks and basic data entrySkillsBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience1+ year of experience in a marketing, operations, or coordinator role; internship experience welcomeFamiliarity with email marketing or digital marketing concepts; hands-on experience with tools such as Iterable, Amplitude, or ad platforms is a plus but not requireStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes consistently and accuratelyComfortable working within a defined scope of responsibilities; able to follow direction and escalate issues appropriately rather than operate independentlyBasic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data pulls and formattingClear communicator who can flag blockers and status updates to their manager proactivelyOrganized and reliable in managing recurring task lists and deadlineBenefitsExceptional health, vision, and dental careOpportunity for equity ownershipLife and AD&D, short- and long-term disabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Resource GroupsFun company outings and eventsUnlimited PTO401K with company matchCompany OverviewDailyPay provides on-demand pay solutions for employees, allowing them to access earned wages before payday.
