Fox Point Recruitment LLC is a rapidly growing regional Creditors Rights law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies. The role requires delivering high-quality legal representation while managing a high-volume caseload and communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Responsibilities Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases Willing to travel to various courts within the state of Virginia, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceeds and to attend court hearings Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results Skills 0-3 years experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations J.D. from an accredited law school with an Active license to practice law in VA Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Exemplary oral and written communication skills Outstanding Time Management skills A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus but not mandatory Benefits A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 for qualified candidates Company Overview Who we are: Fox Point Recruitment LLC is a Talent Acquisition Company based in the US and UK.
