Remote Associate Attorney (Cybersecurity & Data Breach)
Innovative Driven is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with two to four years of relevant cybersecurity and data privacy experience to join the busy and collaborative team at a well-respected national law firm client! This is an additional hire for the team, as they are in growth mode! The role is FULLY remote, and it includes a robust compensation, unlimited PTO, and benefits package! This is a tremendous opportunity to join a dynamic cybersecurity and data privacy practice team and work with the most well-known domestic and international insurance carriers, as well as large private clients. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: • Active Bar license, paired with corresponding residence in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, LA, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, or WA • Two to four years of experience responding to data breach incidents and regulatory investigations • Two to four years of cybersecurity and data privacy litigation experience • Breach Response experience is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
