[Remote] Associate Analyst OCM

The role involves contributing to communication, training, engagement, and stakeholder-focused activities that enable successful change adoption within the organization.ResponsibilitiesWith guidance, contribute to the execution of OCM activities aligned with project goals and stakeholder needsAssist in assessing readiness for change at individual, team, and organizational levelsSupport the development of tactics to enable smooth implementation and overcome resistance to changeParticipate in drafting initiativeāspecific deliverables such as change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and resistance management plansHelp monitor change adoption progress and identify opportunities for improvementDevelop clear, engaging, and audienceāappropriate communications (emails, newsletters, intranet content, posters, presentations, etc.)Assist in creating multimedia collateralāvideos, infographics, brochuresāsupporting change awareness and understandingCommunicate complex ideas in simple, accessible language tailored to diverse stakeholder groupsContribute to training needs assessments and the development of learning materialsSupport delivery of training sessions for individuals, teams, and leadersHelp maintain training assets and update content as neededWork closely with OCM Managers and Leads to ensure alignment with broader change strategiesParticipate in workshops, feedback sessions, and stakeholder briefings to gather insights and refine approachesAssist with special OCM projects as assignedSupport the collection and interpretation of adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and other data to inform change sustainment planningSkillsStrong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English; additional languages (especially German, Dutch or other European languages) are a plusAbility to simplify complex concepts and structure messages effectively for different audiencesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)Creative mindset with interest in using design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) for basic graphic or video editingBasic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, CMBoK)Organized, detailāoriented, and capable of coordinating multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical thinking and willingness to interpret stakeholder insights and dataProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fastāpaced, matrixed environmentAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with crossāfunctional teamsBachelor's degree or finalāyear student in Communications, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field0ā2 years of relevant experience (student projects, internships, or partātime roles welcome)Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be consideredInterest in Business Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, or Instructional DesignExperience or coursework related to digital transformation, organizational behavior, psychology, or communicationsFamiliarity with dashboard or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow)Experience or willingness to explore AIāassisted tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for drafting communications, analyzing data, or enhancing stakeholder engagementExposure to enterprise environments or university projects involving change, communication, or trainingCompany OverviewUnisys is a worldwide information technology company.
