[Remote] Associate AI Content Strategy Director

New York Technology Partners is seeking an Associate Director of AI Content Strategy to lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives that transform how content supports business goals and user needs. This strategic role involves defining a clear content vision and guiding teams through execution, focusing on digital transformation efforts and aligning content ecosystems with audience expectations and business objectives. Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for internal teams and client stakeholders • Lead content governance, audits, workflow design, and lifecycle management • Create and evolve information architecture, content models, taxonomy structures, and metadata systems • Develop strategic frameworks, including voice & tone, messaging guidelines, and scalable content patterns • Partner with Experience Design, Product, and Engineering teams to scale content operations and ensure consistency across channels • Design and lead conversation strategy for chat, voice, and next-generation agentic experiences • Build dialogue flows, interaction scripts, guardrails, and error-handling pathways • Apply a strong understanding of LLM behavior, including prompting, context windows, hallucination risks, and limitations • Develop 'golden' queries and responses to benchmark quality and ensure safe, consistent outputs • Create AI content pipelines, including governance frameworks, training data readiness, and human-in-the-loop processes • Architect intent taxonomies, entity structures, and conversational knowledge hierarchies • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deploy and optimize conversational AI experiences (chatbots, voice assistants, agentic systems) Skills • 6–8+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, content design, or related strategic roles within an agency, consulting, or client services environment • Deep expertise in content architecture, metadata strategy, information architecture, and CMS/content delivery platforms • Experience designing and scaling enterprise-level content systems that support reuse, localization, and governance • Proven background in enterprise content governance, systems, and information architecture • Core Content Strategy Expertise: Content governance, audits, and lifecycle management • Information architecture and content modeling • Editorial strategy and voice & tone frameworks • Taxonomy strategy • Multi-channel content planning • AI & Conversational Design Expertise: Conversation strategy and dialogue flow design • Strong understanding of LLM behavior, prompting, and limitations • Experience with conversational AI platforms (chatbots, voice assistants, agentic systems) • Golden query/response development and evaluation • AI content pipeline strategy • Intent taxonomy design • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly articulate complex systems • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments Company Overview • New York Technology Partners is an information technology company that provides IT and engineering services.
