[Remote] Associate Accountant - Remote

The Associate Accountant will assist in the day-to-day maintenance of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounts, as well as prepare basic financial reports.ResponsibilitiesSupport assigned month end and year end accounting close proceduresCreate standard support schedules and prepare balance sheet reconciliationsCalculate accrual entries and complete timely and accurate general ledger entriesAssist team members with analysis projectsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is requiredMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipBasic level knowledge of Excel (including detailed understanding of v-lookups, pivot tables and formulas) and WordBasic accounting, GAAP and FASB knowledgeExperience with database tools: general ledger, fixed asset and accounting softwareBasic level knowledge of PowerPointCompany OverviewPrime Therapeutics is a trusted pharmacy solutions partner delivering savings, simplicity & support to our customers and members It was founded in 1990, and is headquartered in Eagan, Minnesota, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
