The Associate Account Executive role is designed for high potential professionals to build foundational sales skills while supporting Client Account Executives in various sales processes. Responsibilities Support Client Account Executives (CAEs) across the sales cycle for assigned accounts and opportunities, contributing to prospecting, qualification, discovery preparation, and deal coordination Assist with pipeline development through outbound outreach, account research and partner collaborations Participate in discovery calls, proposal development, and customer presentations for mid-market and enterprise opportunities led by CAEs Learn to position Syniti’s portfolio of software, services, and support by aligning solutions to customer needs in collaboration with senior sales leaders Participate in territory reviews, pipeline calls, and deal strategy sessions with sales leadership as part of ongoing development Build industry, market, and product knowledge to understand Syniti’s value proposition and competitive landscape Travel occasionally for customer meetings, training, and internal events as part of onboarding and professional development Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3–5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, customer success, or a related client-facing role within software or IT services Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills, with comfort engaging a variety of stakeholder levels alongside senior sellers Experience using CRM systems and sales productivity tools (Salesforce preferred) Benefits Variable compensation, bonus, or commission Paid time off Medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) Any other benefits to eligible employees Company Overview Syniti creates enterprise management software for complicated data transformations.
