Dice is seeking an Associate Epic Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to enhance the knowledge and skills of their workforce with a focus on Epic and its integrations. Tests completed courses for functionality, quality, timing and recommend edits to improve accuracy and learner experienceApplies contemporary learning best practices as well as standardized tools and templates to develop and maintain training material, job aids, exercises, activities, and documentation enhancing the learning processSupports the formative evaluation of educational content/formats and collaborates with team members to recommend solutions regarding learning roadblocks and/or enhancementsWrites concise, compelling course descriptions and clear learning objectivesDevelops knowledge check questions and realistic role-based scenarios that reflect the course objectives and content. Assist in the evaluation of learner performance before, during, and after learning experiencesAdjusts educational approach, course content/structure based on feedback receivedCoordinates training logistics (courses, classrooms, registrations, timeframes, etc.) in collaboration with the other team members as necessaryEnsures system changes and updates are incorporated into existing documentation and curriculumMaintains expertise and competence in the proper operation and optimal use of assigned software / Epic modules.
