They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project execution, focusing on deliverables and team management while collaborating with internal teams and clients in commercial and mission-critical environments.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Project Manager to oversee project schedules, track milestones, and manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of project phasesAct as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and contractors to facilitate seamless communication and resolve issues promptlyMaintain project documentation and organize files, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most current informationManage and distribute RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and other project-related documentationMonitor construction progress by maintaining logs and tracking contractor inquiries or responsesEnsure all construction administration tasks are completed in alignment with project specifications and standardsAssist with Revit tasks, including creating, editing, and maintaining design models and drawingsReview models for quality and accuracy, ensuring they meet project requirementsProvide drafting support as needed to expedite the preparation of drawing sets for submissionPrepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries with clear action items and deadlinesFollow up with team members on assigned tasks and provide reminders for upcoming deadlinesPresent project updates to internal stakeholders in a clear, concise mannerAnticipate project needs by identifying potential risks, bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to keep the project on trackRegularly review project workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiencyTake initiative to address and resolve minor issues independently, escalating more significant concerns to the Project ManagerBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to promote collaboration and ensure alignment on project goalsRespond promptly to inquiries from stakeholders, providing accurate and professional communicationCoordinate deliverables and submissions to meet client and regulatory requirementsPerform quality checks on documentation, drawings, and models to ensure consistency and accuracyAttend site visits and conduct review of existing condition surveys and help with punchlistsAssist in preparing status reports and updates for both internal and external stakeholdersTrack lessons learned during projects and document them for future referenceOrganize and maintain project records, ensuring all information is up to date and accessibleAssist with onboarding new team members by providing project-specific training and guidance on workflowsSupport departmental goals by taking on additional responsibilities or participating in firm-wide initiatives as neededProvide routine reporting via narrative and photographic documentationCreate / complete project and departmental reportsLeverage AI-enabled and digital tools to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, high-quality work outputIdentify opportunities to improve processes and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, seeking out new technologies, skills, and methods that elevate individual and team performanceAdapt to emerging technologies and evolving digital workflows, actively supporting the integration and adoption of innovative tools across the organizationPerforms Other Related Duties as AssignedSkillsKnowledge of industry trends, project management and construction procedures and best practicesKnowledge of MEP / FA / FP trades and the general requirements for eachSkilled at producing drawings and visual aids using RevitSkilled at using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), along with exceptional organizational skills for file managementSkilled at using project management software such as ProcoreKnowledge of the importance of the Method of Procedure (MOP) Process, work notifications and protection of IT network and other equipment during constructionSkilled in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detailAbility to work successfully in a remote environment thru effective communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, proactiveness and resourcefulness in a distraction free workspaceAbility to follow company and site safety requirementsAbility to analyze and prepare documents, reports and correspondenceAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written form (technical and non-technical information)Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with moderate supervisionAbility to work under pressure and meet close deadlinesAbility to effectively plan and delegate the work of othersOrganizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyB.A. / B.S. degree in engineering, construction, or related disciplineMinimum three years of related
