They are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager who will oversee accounting activities across multiple locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise accounting functions for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standardsPerform month-end closing, ensures accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements under TFRS. Record + Review journal entries and account analysis for all balance sheet accounts, P&L including Balance sheet account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, sales reconciliation and revenue recognitionConduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustmentsOversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including the resolution of discrepanciesEnsure adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirementsTo monitor and ensure all taxes are prepared and submitted to the revenue department within timelinePrepare and keep record of withholding tax documents and payment vouchersProvide guidance and support to junior accounting staff and other departments on accounting issuesAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysesCoordinate and liaise with external auditors for annual audits and reviewsAnalyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunitiesMaintain and enhance accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracyTo perform other related duties as assignedProcessing bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlinesCalculating and processing payments for overtime, bonuses, and other variable compensationMaintaining accurate payroll records and employee data in the payroll systemUpdating and verifying employee information, including tax withholding, direct deposit, and personal detailsSkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferredMinimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of managing accounting functions across multiple locationsStrong expertise in accounting principles, practices, and financial reportingExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyCPA or equivalent certificationCompany OverviewDigital Alchemy is a digital marketing company that offers marketing operations, data management, and campaign marketing services.
