[Remote] Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adobe is seeking an Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain) to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will ensure the content supply chain runs smoothly by managing design components and marketing assets, supporting internal teams and agency partners in day-to-day asset operations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable folder structures across the content lifecycle (WIP ā final asset ā distribution ā archive)
ā¢ Perform bulk uploads and routine maintenance to prevent duplication and content sprawl
ā¢ Archive, update, and retire components and assets according to documented lifecycle guidelines
ā¢ Ensure accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging to support discoverability
ā¢ Support internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
ā¢ Apply governance rules related to branding, licensing, regulatory compliance, and technology requirements
ā¢ Perform asset audits and flag taxonomy, metadata, and tagging issues for review
ā¢ Raise operational inconsistencies and suggest fixes to maintain content integrity
Skills
ā¢ Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets)
ā¢ Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront or similar project/work management tools
ā¢ Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows and content lifecycles
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
ā¢ Clear written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Comfort working cross-functionally with guidance and defined priorities
ā¢ Candidates are preferably located in the West Coast time zone
