[Remote] Assessments Project Manager

The role involves conducting Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing project deliverables to meet client expectations.ResponsibilitiesConducting site reconnaissance, including sampling activities, if necessaryInterview property owner, key site personnel, and local government officials to obtain information concerning the subject property’s environmental conditionTake document photographs of representative systems, conditions, and physical and/or environmental impairmentsDeliver outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to client needsComplete specific project tasks as directed by the DirectorConduct project research as applicable to the scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.)Data compilation and organizationTechnical report authoringPreparation of quality supporting report documents/filesEffectively communicate project progress and issues with the DirectorMaintain communication with team members throughout the course of the projectPlan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on scheduleProvide solid recommendations and solutions to the Director and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction processIdentify and resolve issues with projectsDeliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or by email), and recommendations to the Director and ClientCoordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scopeSkills5+ years of recent experience conducting and/or managing ESAs, PCAs, PCNAs, and/or engineering and architectural consulting servicesExperience conducting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and other specialty project scopesBachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related discipline, architecture, engineering, or construction-related fieldCurrent professional licensure/registration preferred (RA, PG, PE, etc.) highly preferredEnvironmental Professional (EP) designation highly preferredFamiliarity with ASTM E1527-21Familiarity with ASTM E2018-24Familiarity with the basic principles of civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering, including construction and maintenance of structures and systems; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Fair Housing ActProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlinesStrong technical skills and proven attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookComfortable using mobile technology and open to new technological solutionsValid state driver's license (position requires motor vehicle record & background check)Travel Requirements: Field work will require travel between 40-60%, primarily throughout your region, as well as occasional trips throughout the US to support national needsPhysical Demands: Ability to physically navigate site properties in various weather conditions and the ability to climb a ladderProficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel)A positive attitude, desire to collaborate in a team environment, sharing relevant information with colleagues and clientsProactively problem solve and remove obstacles that prohibit us from doing our best workUphold the V&A standards of respect, responsiveness, and people first (colleagues and clients)Company OverviewCushman & Wakefield is a real estate services firm that offers retail investment, energy management, and property services.
