[Remote] Assessments & Integrations Program Manager

They are seeking a Manager of Assessments responsible for leading the execution and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and distribute Assessment project calendar and Assessment pipeline calendarCreate organized files and directoriesCreate, maintain, and update Assessment documentsReview receipt of requested documents, including assessing whether documents received met specificationsReview assigned Assessment document sections and revise formatting, content, punctuation to comply with standard formatting and value-added contentCoordinate internal team Kick-off callSchedule recurring internal calls for assessment planning and status check-inCommunicate travel and logistic coordination with Assessment team members, and client, if neededAssist with coordination, distribution, and reconciliation/validation of Assessment templatesSchedule and coordinate daily rounding meetings with internal assessment teamAssist Director with establishing client onsite meeting times, location and audience, and coordination with Sales and senior administrative staff teamsCoordinate site visit logistics such as meals and eventsAssist with compilation of client facing deliverables, including preliminary key observations and potential compliance itemsAssist Director and AVP with the reconciliation of the final deliverable documentsAssist Director and AVP with compilation of the Final Executive Summary presentation and coordination with the assessment teamOversee the compilation of final deliverables for distribution to the client executive team after the assessment readoutEnsure assessment deliverables meet established quality, consistency, and branding standardsLead post-assessment retrospectives and lessons-learned reviews; integrate findings into updated templates, workflows, and SOPsIdentify recurring risks, inefficiencies, or quality gaps and drive improvements at the system and process levelSkillsWorking knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes, key performance indicators, and best practices is requiredIncumbent should understand how to calculate key performance indicators (KPI's) and assess current operations against best practicesExhibits strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skillsMust be detail oriented and like creating reports, graphs, and spreadsheetsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersCommunicates effectively while presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrates advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPointThe ability to facilitate the management of data for more than one project/assessment, as neededProvides ideas and recommendations for improving assessment process3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue, preferably Acute hospital experience3 to 5 Years People Leadership ExperienceBachelors Degree, Healthcare Management/Administration or related field, preferred or equivalent experienceMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)AIVisioPublic SpeakingProject ManagementLeadership skillsCustomer Service skillsMust be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiencesThis is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs requireHFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hireExcellent written and verbal communicationProblem solving skillsAttention to detailOrganizational skillsDemonstrated time management skillsBenefitsBonus IncentivesPaid CertificationsTuition ReimbursementComprehensive BenefitsCareer AdvancementAssociate Benefits – We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial health of you and your family, including healthcare, time off, retirement, and well-being programs.Each associate will earn a professional certification relevant to their field and can obtain tuition reimbursement.We offer quarterly and annual incentive programs for all employees who go beyond and keep raising the bar for themselves and the company.Company OverviewEnsemble Health Partners is the leading revenue cycle management company for hospitals, health systems and physician practices.
