[Remote] Assess Repairability Adjuster (Total Loss) - Remote (EST/CST)

They are seeking an Assess Repairability Adjuster (Total Loss) who will provide superior customer service, inspect vehicle damages, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements with various stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProviding a superior level of customer service and attention to customers who have a vehicle that needs repairedVirtually inspecting damage to a vehicle, writing damage repair estimates, completing total loss valuations, and negotiating moderately complex and occasionally complex settlementsEstimating repair times for rental/loss of useExplaining coverage, estimates, claims, settlement, and rental processes to agents and/or customersInvestigating claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverageUsing phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims processEvaluating and negotiating claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimantsUtilizing multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platformsExecuting policies along policy agreements, and keeping a clear record of work in a claims systemSkillsCandidates should reside in an eastern or central time zone location within the United States to be consideredAs a condition of employment, you'll be expected to obtain an adjuster's and appraisers license based on state specific requirementsAll required licenses must be obtained within 60 days of hireYou must maintain all licensing required for your role.
