They are seeking dynamic AI Solutions Engineers to partner with consultants and business stakeholders to design and build AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and automate workflows.ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Partner directly with internal consultants to uncover business challenges and identify high-value AI opportunitiesSolution Delivery: Design, prototype, and build production-ready AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automation solutionsWorkflow Automation: Modernise legacy processes, specifically targetting and automating manual, Excel/spreadsheet-reliant workflowsFeasibility Assessment: Evaluate proposed AI use cases to determine technical viability and recommend the most effective architectural approachAdoption & Training: Drive user enablement by providing training, documentation, and continuous guidance to non-technical usersSkills1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI development, automation, software engineering, or solution developmentA proven 'builder' mindset with a track record of taking software or automation concepts from initial idea through to final deploymentDemonstrable experience building workflows, automation pipelines, or lightweight AI-integrated applicationsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage, influence, and translate requirements for non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical skills to assess technical feasibility and architect pragmatic solutions to complex business problemsPrevious experience working within a consultancy or professional services environmentMulti-lingual capabilities (particularly for European locations)Company OverviewEden Smith is a data and AI consultancy with PEOPLE at the heart of intelligent decision-making.
