The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving new business targets within the orthodontic market.ResponsibilitiesDrive profitable sales growth and maximize sales revenue within a defined area by developing, maintaining, and advancing existing accounts and prospectsCreate an unparalleled customer experience by acting as a strategic business partner focusing on customers’ growth goalsAchieve new business targets by proactively identifying, targeting and converting prospect accounts and new business with orthodontists and dentistsPrepare and maintain territory business plans, sales forecasts and a sales promotion activity budget. Assess current performance and forecast when change is necessaryCollaborate with Product Marketing and Market Communications to support the execution of all marketing launch plans and new product sales objectivesAttend and represent Angel Aligner North America at customer events as requiredKeep abreast of key clinical studies and scientific papers supporting Angel Aligner product benefitsSkillsBachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of plus 5+ years of sales experience in high growth corporate marketsPrior aligner sales experience with Orthodontists as the principal point of contactStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, are requiredCapable of working both collaboratively with team members within the region as well as independentlyMaintains integrity, high ethics and professional codes of conduct at all timesAble to deliver highly complex information in a clear, structured and compelling mannerGeneral computer efficiency including ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM softwarePossess a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and maintain auto insurance coverageProficiency in consultative selling with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related method preferredEffective communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are desiredCompany OverviewAngel Aligner is a global leader in clear aligner technology, combining clinical expertise with over 20 years of experience.
