[Remote] AR Specialist and Credit Control
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Xplor Technologies is a company that provides cloud-based technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. They are seeking an AR Specialist to join their Corporate Finance team, where the primary responsibilities include managing invoicing, processing payments, and performing credit control tasks.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Sales ledger and credit control tasks
ā¢ Month end reporting for AR
ā¢ Mailbox and escalated queries ā both internal and external
ā¢ Bank allocation for AR postings
ā¢ Stripe processing of subscriptions and payment allocation to the accounting software
ā¢ Contract maintenance and invoicing of customers
ā¢ Complete Audit checks / tasks
ā¢ Day to day finance processing
ā¢ Report projects required / process improvements to Order to Cash Manager
ā¢ Review and reconcile integrations from the operating platforms/Salesforce to Netsuite to ensure completeness and integrity of the invoicing
ā¢ Create / review SOPs where needed
ā¢ Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Skills
ā¢ Finance or Accounting qualifications
ā¢ Work experience within a finance role 3+ years - Accounts receivable preferred
ā¢ Proven credit control experience, working on key accounts within a Business to Business organisation
ā¢ Experience with accounting knowledge within sales ledger and book keeping
ā¢ Proven excel skills to a good standard
ā¢ Process improvement and system development
ā¢ Experience in SOPs
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with tactful telephone manner
ā¢ Self-driven in seeking resolutions to a high standard
ā¢ Customer- centric and flexible with the ability to handle overdue credit accounts with risk-based approach in order not to jeopardize relationship with customer
ā¢ Experience with Stripe and salesforce (preferred but not essential)
