Remote Appointment Setter – Uncapped Commission | Flexible Schedule (Energy Sector)

MPN Capital Markets is a rapidly expanding energy brokerage operating across deregulated markets in Canada and the United States. We help organizations optimize how they purchase and manage energy, delivering measurable cost savings and long-term value.
We are currently seeking driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Remote Appointment Setters. This role is ideal for those who value autonomy, performance-based income, and the opportunity to build long-term financial stability.
The Opportunity
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and profit-sharing, where your results directly determine your income.
You will also benefit from:

• Fully remote work (U.S.-based, Texas preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing
• Act as the first point of contact for potential business clients
• Prospect through outbound calls and email outreach
• Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities
• Set qualified appointments for Account Executives
• Maintain consistent activity levels and build a strong pipeline
• Develop a solid understanding of the energy market and our services

• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
• An entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Highly organized, disciplined, and accountable
• Coachable and motivated to improve
Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is an asset, but not required.
